All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at barber@salonairpro.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement if appropriate.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Salon Air Pro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
